100% Cashmere

These beautiful handmade shawls are made from 100% cashmere. The cashmere used in this scarf comes from Changthangi goat, which is native to the high plateaus of Kashmir.

Creating a handmade pashmina on a traditional loom involves great skill and craftsmanship. The cashmere for this Pashmina is carefully handpicked during their moulting season, which takes place in the spring. The cashmere is then washed and spun by hand to create dyed fine threads. This shawl is hand-weaved on a traditional wooden loom and embroidery was done by hand.
