Return and exchange policy
Time Frame for Returns/Exchanges: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and completed within 20 days of delivery.
Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, free from stains and damage, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiating a Return/Exchange: Please contact Laal via email at shop@laal.ch within 10 days of receiving your item to start a return or exchange.
Shipping Fees: Laal’s shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping.
Defective/Damaged Products: Contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged. Laal declines any responsibility linked to damage caused by product maintenance which is not in line with our care guide.
Additional information
Handmade Product Variations: Slight variations are a hallmark of the handcrafted nature of our products, contributing to their unique charm.
Size Variance: Please allow for a size variance of +/-5cm in our products.
Colour Accuracy: We try to represent product colours accurately in our photos. However, actual colours may vary due to monitor and display differences and varying lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken.
