At Laal, we aim to provide our customers with a smooth, hassle-free shipping experience. Here are the details of our shipping policy:
1. Shipping Methods, Costs and Time
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and shipment weight and are displayed clearly at checkout.

All parcels are shipped with tracking.
Switzerland, Liechtenstein & France:
We deliver all products free of charge to addresses in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and France as local standard delivery. We also offer fast delivery based on weight to these three destinations. All orders received during working days reach their destination within 2-5 days, ~95% of the time. All parcels are sent tracked through Swiss Post from Geneva, Switzerland and La Poste France from Ferney-Voltaire, France.

The delivery cost for European, US and Canadian addresses is based on weight and destination. All orders received during working days reach their destination within 5-15 days, ~95% of the time. Europe parcel reach recipients with 5-10 days and US and Canadian parcels reach recipients between 7-14 days. All parcels are sent tracked through Swiss Post from Geneva Switzerland.

All orders received during working days reach their destination within 5-15 days, ~95% of the time. All parcels are sent tracked through Swiss Post from Geneva Switzerland.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Providers
We work with Swiss Post, the national postal service of Switzerland, to ship orders locally within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and internationally to Europe, the Middle East, the US, and Canada. We use Proclima shipping from Swiss Post to ensure the sustainable delivery of all consignments.
We deliver to France as a local delivery as well, via La Poste France.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.
5. Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.
6. Order Issues
If you experience any issues with your order, such as a missing or damaged package, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
7. VAT & customs fees
The price of goods does not include VAT. Any applicable VAT, as well as any other taxes, duties, or charges related to shipping, shall be the buyer’s responsibility. The final invoice amount does not include any VAT or customs fees for online purchases. Customs and taxes are paid by the buyer directly to the shipping company.
8. Shipment loss
In case of damage or loss or any other questions regarding the goods in delivery, the clients are requested to contact the courier service directly with the given tracking number. The parcels are insured up to CHF 150. Laal.ch (Syed Goodies) is not responsible for the package after the goods have left the company premises in Geneva, Switzerland. However, if this situation arises, we will do our very best to resolve the issue and get your desired product to you.
