This privacy policy will be adapted, supplemented or changed from time to time. The current, retrievable version applies with each new call or visit to the website.
If there are any contradictions between this data protection declaration and the otherwise applicable contractual or business conditions of Laal.ch (Syed Goodies), the provisions of this data protection declaration take precedence.
2. Type and purpose of the data collected
The term "personal data" or "personal information" for this Privacy Policy includes information that can be used to identify customers personally.
The processing of personal data means any handling of personal data, such as the collection, use, storage, disclosure, transmission or deletion of the data.

2.1 Data that is collected automatically
When visiting the website of Laal.ch (Syed Goodies), statistical visitor data is automatically collected about which parts of the website do the customer visit. In this context, it is sometimes necessary to use so-called cookies (see section 4 below).
These access data are evaluated exclusively to ensure the trouble-free operation of the site and improve our offer.
2.2 Data, when interacting with Laal.ch (Syed Goodies), for the contract processing, contacting and opening a customer account
Laal.ch (Syed Goodies) does not automatically collect customers' personal data, such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address.
On the other hand, customers' personal data is collected when a customer voluntarily provides this information in the context of an order or when contacting Laal.ch (Syed Goodies) (e.g. via contact form or E-mail). Obligatory fields are marked as such, since Laal.ch (Syed Goodies) in these cases, the data is necessary for the contract execution, and/or for the treatment of the establishment of contact, and without their indication, the order and/or the establishment of contact cannot be dispatched. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms.
If a customer decides to open a customer account, Laal.ch (Syed Goodies) uses personal data to open a customer account. The mandatory data requested during registration must be provided in full; otherwise, Laal.ch (Syed Goodies) may refuse registration. Laal.ch (Syed Goodies) uses the collected personal data only to use the online store or the respective offer or service for which the customer has registered. In addition, Laal.ch (Syed Goodies) can use the customer's e-mail address to inform the customer about important changes, for example, in the scope of the offer or in case of technically necessary changes.
After complete processing of the contract or after deletion of the customer account, the customer's data will be restricted for further processing and will be deleted after the expiration of the tax and commercial law retention periods, unless the customer has expressly consented to further use of the data or Laal.ch (Syed Goodies) reserves the right to use the data in a way that goes beyond that which is legally permitted. The deletion of the customer account is possible at any time. It can be done either by sending a message to the contact details given below (see section 9 below) or by using a function in the customer account provided for this purpose.
3. Legal basis for the collection and processing of personal data
The legal basis for collecting and processing the customer's personal data depends in each case on the respective purpose of the data processing. The following are eligible by name:
The protection of the legitimate interests of Laal.ch (Syed Goodies), provided that the interests of the customer or basic rights or fundamental freedoms are not unreasonably impaired;
The conclusion or fulfilment of a contract; or
Consent of the customer at the time of collection of personal data. The customer can revoke his consent at any time. For this purpose, the customer can send a corresponding message to the contact details described below. The legality of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

4.2.4 Facebook pixel
Due to our legitimate interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer and for these purposes within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) f. of the GDPR we use the so-called "Facebook pixel" of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or if you are a resident of the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook").
Facebook is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thereby offers a guarantee to comply with European data protection law.
With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook is on the one hand able to determine the visitors of our online offer as a target group for the presentation of advertisements (so-called "Facebook ads"). Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel to display our Facebook ads only to Facebook users who have shown an interest in our website or who have specific characteristics (e. g. interests in certain topics or products determined by the websites visited) that we submit to Facebook (so-called "custom audiences"). With the help of the Facebook pixel, we also want to make sure that our Facebook ads are in line with the potential interest of users and do not have a nuisance effect. Using the Facebook pixel, we can also track the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by seeing whether users have been redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (so-called "conversion tracking").
The Facebook pixel is directly integrated into our website by Facebook and can store a so-called cookie, i. e. a small file, on your device. If you then log in to Facebook or visit Facebook when you are logged in, your visit to our online offer will be noted in your profile. The data collected about you is anonymous for us, i. e. it does not allow us to draw conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that it can be linked to the respective user profile and used by Facebook as well as for its own market research and advertising purposes. If we transfer data to Facebook for comparison purposes, it is encrypted locally in the browser and only then sent to Facebook via a secure https connection. This is done with the sole purpose of matching the data encrypted by Facebook.
Furthermore, when using the Facebook pixel, we use the additional function "advanced matching", in which inventory data such as telephone numbers, e-mail addresses or users' Facebook IDs is transmitted to Facebook (encrypted), but solely to create target groups ("Custom Audiences"). Users agree our use of the "advanced matching" and the related processing of their data.
Based on our legitimate interests, we also use the "Custom Audiences from File" function of the social network Facebook, Inc. in which case inventory data (phone numbers, email addresses, Facebook IDs) will be uploaded to Facebook. The upload process is encrypted. The upload serves solely to identify recipients of our Facebook ads. We want to ensure that the ads are only displayed to users who are interested in our information and services. Users agree our use of the " Custom Audiences from File" function and the related processing of their data.
Facebook's processing of the data is governed by Facebooks Data Usage Policy. Accordingly, general instructions on how to display Facebook ads, in the Facebook Data Usage Policy: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php. For specific information and details about the Facebook pixel and how it works, please visit the Facebook Help Center: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/651294705016616.
4.3 Social-Media Content
Laal.ch (Syed Goodies) can use social media plugins from social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or Twitter on the website.
When the customer calls up a website that contains such a plugin, the web browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective social network. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly to the web browser by the respective provider and integrated into the page. Through the integration of the plugins, the providers receive the information that the customer's web browser has called up the corresponding website from Laal.ch (Syed Goodies), even if the customer does not have a profile with the corresponding social network or is not logged in at the moment. This information (including the IP address) is transmitted by the customer's web browser directly to a server of the respective provider (possibly in the USA) and stored there. If the customer is logged in to one of the services, the social network providers can directly assign the visit to the Laal.ch (Syed Goodies) website to the profile in the respective social network. Suppose the customer interacts with the plug-ins, for example by pressing the "Like" or "Share" button. In that case, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a server of the providers and stored there. The information is also published in the social network and displayed to the customer's contacts.
These social network platforms have their own privacy policies, which Laal.ch (Syed Goodies) has no influence on.
The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by the providers on their sites, as well as a contact option and the relevant rights of customers and setting options for privacy protection can be found in the providers' data protection notices:
